At Dashloop (Feaststuff Daily Private Limited), we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and cannot access the mobile application, you may request deletion using the methods below.
Option 1: Delete via App (Instant)
If you still have access to the Dashloop app:
- Open the Dashloop App.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the warning prompt. This will delete your data instantly.
Option 2: Request via Email (If app is inaccessible)
If you have lost your phone or cannot access the app, you may request manual deletion by contacting our support team:
- Email: support@dashloop.in
- Subject Line: “Request for Account Deletion – [Your Mobile Number]”
- Required Details: Please mention your registered Mobile Number in the body of the email.
We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 15 days.
Important Warning Regarding Your Data
Please be aware that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.
- Personal Data: Your name, address, order history, and preferences will be permanently wiped from our servers.
- Wallet & Plans: Any active subscription plans or remaining Dashloop Wallet balance will be permanently forfeited. No refunds will be issued for forfeited balances upon voluntary deletion.
