Feaststuff Daily Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Dashloop mobile application (the “App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded.

By using Dashloop, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information
To provide our daily meal delivery service, we collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name: To identify your account and orders.
  • Mobile Number: For account verification (OTP), delivery coordination, and support.
  • Delivery Address: To ensure precise delivery of your daily meals.
  • Order History: We store details of your past orders and subscription plans to manage your renewals, provide support, and analyze preferences.
  • Referral Information: If you participate in our referral program, we store your unique referral code, the identity of the user who referred you (or whom you referred), and the status of referral rewards.

B. Location Data
We collect precise location data from your device only while the App is in use (foreground).

  • Purpose: To verify product availability in your specific area and to facilitate accurate delivery logistics.
  • No Background Tracking: We do not collect location data when the App is running in the background or is closed.

C. Device Information, Diagnostics, and Advertising Measurement
We collect limited device and technical data for security, performance, fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising measurement.

  • Device IDs: Android ID and iOS Vendor ID (IDFV) may be used for fraud prevention, including preventing abuse of trials, sign-up bonuses, and referral rewards.
  • Crash & Performance Data: We collect technical logs regarding app performance issues to improve app stability and reliability.
  • App Usage Data: We may collect usage analytics such as screens visited, app interactions, and feature usage to improve the App experience.
  • Advertising and Attribution Data: We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) SDK to help measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, attribute app installs or app opens to campaigns, and improve campaign performance. This may involve collection of certain technical information and app event data such as app installs, app launches, device and app information, network information, and identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple advertising-related identifiers where available and permitted by your device settings, operating system, and applicable law.
  • Current Scope of Meta Tracking: At present, our Meta SDK integration is used primarily for app install attribution, app launch measurement, and related advertising analytics. We are not currently sending custom in-app commerce events such as add-to-cart or purchase events from the app to Meta.
  • No Sensitive Payment Sharing with Meta: We do not send your raw credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or UPI PIN to Meta through the current SDK integration.

D. Payment Information
We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs on our servers. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Razorpay may collect and store your payment information (such as card details, UPI IDs, bank account information, and transaction history) on their secure, PCI-DSS compliant servers in accordance with their own privacy policy. By making a payment through the App, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy available at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To process your subscription plans and deliver meals to your doorstep daily.
  • Communication: To send order updates, delivery notifications, and service alerts.
  • Promotions: To notify you of relevant offers (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time via App settings).
  • Referral Program: To link referrers and referred users, credit wallet rewards upon eligible purchases, and enforce referral limits.
  • Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent duplicate accounts or abuse of promotional offers and referral rewards using device identifiers.
  • App Improvement: To analyze performance logs and usage patterns to improve the stability and usability of the Dashloop App.
  • Advertising Measurement and Attribution: To measure the performance of our campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, understand whether users installed or opened the App after interacting with an ad, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

3. App Permissions

To function correctly, Dashloop requires the following permissions:

  • Location (While Using the App): Required to confirm serviceability and pin your delivery location. We do not access your location in the background.
  • Notifications: Required to send you real-time updates regarding your meal status and delivery rider arrival. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
  • Secure Storage: Your personal data is stored on Google Firebase servers with encryption at rest and access controls.
  • Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions.
  • Regular Monitoring: We regularly monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities and security breaches.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to delete your account at any time directly through the App settings.

Consequences of Deletion:

  • Permanent Wipe: All your personal data (name, order history, address) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request. This action is irreversible.
  • Forfeiture: Upon deletion, any active subscription plans, wallet balances, referral rewards, or remaining meal credits will be immediately forfeited. No refunds will be issued for forfeited balances upon voluntary account deletion.
  • Referral Records: Anonymized referral transaction records may be retained for fraud-prevention and auditing purposes even after account deletion.

Data Retention Periods:

  • Active Accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and you are using our services.
  • After Account Deletion: Personal data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics, attribution, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for up to 3 years.
  • Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data for longer periods if required by applicable law (e.g., financial transaction records as required by Indian tax regulations).

6. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You can update your name and delivery address directly in the App.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data by deleting your account through the App settings.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. Note that withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain features of the App.
  • Right to Grievance Redressal: If you have concerns about how your data is being handled, you may contact our Grievance Officer at support@dashloop.in.

7. Third-Party Services & Data Processors

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our service. These parties may have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf or in connection with the services they provide, and are expected to handle data in accordance with applicable law and their own policies.

A. Payment Processing

  • Razorpay: We use Razorpay to process all payments. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers. All payment data is processed securely by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy standards. Razorpay’s privacy policy is available at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.

B. App Infrastructure (Firebase)
We use Google Firebase services to run our app infrastructure:

  • Firebase Authentication: Used to manage secure user login and OTP verification.
  • Cloud Firestore: Used to store your user profile, order history, and active plan details securely.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send you push notifications about your order status.
  • Firebase Performance Monitoring: Used to collect technical data on app performance to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

C. Advertising Measurement (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)
We use Meta SDK services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to support app install attribution, app launch measurement, advertising analytics, and campaign effectiveness measurement for ads shown on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

  • Meta may receive limited technical and app event data generated by the SDK, including device and app information, identifiers, network information, and events such as app installs and app launches, subject to platform settings and applicable law.
  • We do not intentionally share your raw payment card details, bank account details, UPI PIN, or full order payment credentials with Meta through the current SDK integration.
  • We are not currently sending custom in-app commerce events such as add-to-cart or purchase events from the app to Meta.

D. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data as described in this policy, with service providers, for advertising measurement and attribution as described above, or when required by law.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Dashloop mobile App does not use browser cookies. However, our service providers, including Firebase and Meta SDK integrations, may use local storage, software development kits (SDKs), device identifiers, and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement as described in this policy.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@dashloop.in.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and rules thereunder. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify you via the App or email where appropriate. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

If we materially expand our use of Meta SDK features, including custom in-app event tracking or additional advertising features, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app store disclosures accordingly.
